Flourishing Fragrances is a body care and fragrance brand focused on creating elevated everyday essentials that feel intentional, comfortable, and easy to personalize. The brand centers around sensitive skin friendly body care and thoughtfully layered fragrances, with many scents designed as single-note or simple scent profiles that can be mixed and layered to create a routine that feels unique to you.

Flourishing Fragrances was created from my own experience struggling to find body care that felt lightweight, comfortable, and compatible with acne-prone skin. Many products on the market rely on heavier occlusive ingredients like shea butter, which personally caused irritation and breakouts for me. While “pore-clogging ingredients” are not always universal and can affect everyone differently, people with acne-prone skin often notice that richer formulas and thicker ingredients can feel too heavy on the skin.

I also wanted to create products that made fragrance layering feel more intentional and customizable. As someone who loves building scent combinations, I was inspired by the idea of single scent note products that allow you to layer, mix, and create your own signature routine depending on your mood.

Yes! We offer digital Flourishing Fragrances gift cards that can be purchased online and sent electronically. Gift cards can be used toward eligible products throughout our shop and are a simple option when you’re not sure which scent or product to choose.

Most of our products are restocked when possible, but some scents and seasonal items may return in limited batches only. If something you love is sold out, keep an eye on our socials or sign up for restock updates when available.

Fragrance-free means no fragrance or parfum has been intentionally added. “Unscented” means a product is designed to have little or no noticeable scent, but it may still contain fragrance ingredients that mask the natural smell of the formula. Our fragrance-free options contain no added fragrance, although some raw ingredients may have a faint natural aroma.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, restocks, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Due to the nature of body care and fragrance products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our contact page here or by emailing support@flourishingfragrances.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work toward a replacement or solution when applicable.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page here or by emailing support@flourishingfragrances.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you’re unable to locate it, please first check around your delivery area, with household members or neighbors, and with your local carrier. In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered before they are actually received, so we recommend allowing up to 2–3 business days for the package to appear.
If you still cannot locate your order after that time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you review the situation. Please note that Flourishing Fragrances is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier and cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
